📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist experienced bartenders in preparing and serving a variety of cocktails and beverages
• Learn and practice mixology techniques, including shaking, stirring, and layering
• Operate and maintain bar equipment and tools, such as cocktail shakers, jiggers, and strainers
• Stock and manage bar inventory, including liquor, mixers, and garnishes
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for all guests
• Participate in daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members
• Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the bar area

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a passion for mixology
• Basic knowledge of cocktail preparation and mixology principles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Familiarity with basic bar software and point-of-sale systems
• Minimum of 6 months of previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting (preferred but not required)
