As an Assistant Engineer for Control Application (BMS) at Private Advertiser, you will work closely with our team of experienced engineers to design, implement, and troubleshoot building automation systems. You will use industry-standard tools such as Honeywell Niagara, Johnson Controls Metasys, or Siemens Building Technologies to configure and program control systems. This role offers a chance to develop your technical skills while working on diverse projects across Bali's most prestigious locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist senior engineers in the design, implementation, and maintenance of building automation systems.
• Configure and program building management systems using industry-standard tools such as Honeywell Niagara, Johnson Controls Metasys, or Siemens Building Technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to building automation systems.
• Conduct system testing and commissioning to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of system configurations and maintenance activities.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in building automation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in building automation systems, preferably in control applications.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as Honeywell Niagara, Johnson Controls Metasys, or Siemens Building Technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information clearly.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
