📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire driver onboarding process, from recruitment to training and integration
• Manage and optimize our logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery
• Develop and implement strategies to improve driver performance and satisfaction
• Leverage data analytics tools like Tableau and Power BI to monitor and analyze operational performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new drivers into our logistics network
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to drivers
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
• Represent JoyRide Superapp at industry events and conferences

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or a similar role
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing logistics operations
• Strong understanding of data analytics tools such as Tableau and Power BI
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Certification in logistics management or a related field is a plus
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
