📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Manage employee development initiatives, including mentoring and coaching programs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Assist in talent acquisition by sourcing and screening potential candidates.
• Support succession planning by identifying and developing high-potential employees.
• Collaborate with senior HR leadership to drive employee engagement and retention.
• Utilize HRIS (Human Resource Information System) tools such as SAP SuccessFactors for data management and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Development or a similar role.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in HR development or a related field is a plus.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
