📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct thorough inspections of all furniture products using Metris and CMM machines to ensure compliance with company and international standards.
• Identify and document any defects or deviations from quality standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Perform dimensional checks and surface finish inspections to ensure products meet customer specifications.
• Conduct random audits and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and detailed inspection reports using SAP or similar software.
• Train and mentor junior staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance production processes and product quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or a related field in the furniture manufacturing industry.
• Certification in quality control or a related field (e.g., CQI, CQE, or similar).
• Proficiency in using quality control tools and software such as Metris, CMM, and SAP.
• Strong understanding of international quality standards and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
