📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals
• Develop and deliver engaging online courses using Moodle and Google Workspace
• Conduct needs assessments and create customized learning solutions for employees
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements
• Facilitate workshops, webinars, and mentorship programs to foster employee growth
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and opportunities
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development
• Measure and report on the impact of training initiatives to stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Learning and Development, Corporate Training, or a similar role
• Proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Proficiency in using Moodle, Google Workspace, and other e-learning platforms
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Certification in training and development (e.g., ATD, SHRM-CP, or similar) is a plus
