As a Customer Service Crew at ChaTraMue Tea House, you’ll be the heart of our operation, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile. You’ll handle inquiries, process orders, and manage transactions using our in-house POS system, while also providing recommendations based on customer preferences. Our locations in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung offer a unique blend of local culture and modern hospitality, making it the perfect place to build your career in the hospitality industry.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service at the ChaTraMue Tea House counter.
- Process orders accurately using our in-house POS system and ensure timely delivery.
- Recommend tea blends and food items based on customer preferences and our menu.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management.
- Familiarity with tea and food service industry is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Must be available to work full-time, including weekends and holidays.
