As a Social Media Intern at Prism Tech, you will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies that engage our audience and drive business growth.

This is a remote/hybrid position, offering flexibility and the chance to work from the comfort of your home while still being part of a dynamic and innovative team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media content calendars for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.),Create engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and infographics,Monitor and analyze social media performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement,Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices,Assist in the development of social media advertising strategies and campaigns,Provide support in the creation and maintenance of social media guidelines and policies

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field,Strong interest and knowledge in social media platforms and trends,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Proficient in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social,Familiarity with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Passion for digital marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field
