📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Identifying areas of risk and recommending corrective actions to mitigate these risks.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to senior management and the audit committee.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal audit policies and procedures.,Providing guidance and support to junior auditors and other departments on audit-related matters.,Collaborating with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.,Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of corrective actions implemented after previous audits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
