Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the sales team in achieving their targets by providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide product information.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
  • Support the sales team in the organization of sales events and promotions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
