📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process, from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and supplies.,Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and negotiate better terms and prices.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts.,Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.,Prepare and maintain purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents.,Assist in the development and implementation of purchasing strategies and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles.,Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, negotiation skills, and supplier relationship management.,Proficiency in using purchasing software and ERP systems.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian business practices and regulations.
