In this role, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring we get the best value for our purchases while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the procurement process to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.,Monitor market trends and identify new suppliers to ensure we have access to the best products and services.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to purchasing.,Prepare and analyze purchase reports to provide insights for decision-making.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic goals of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
