• Lead the localization process of automotive parts for the Southeast Asian market.
• Develop and implement localization strategies to meet regional standards and preferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in parts localization, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proven track record in managing localization projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of Southeast Asian market dynamics and regulations.
• Proficiency in using CAD software such as SolidWorks, CATIA, or AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with PLM systems like Siemens Teamcenter or PTC Windchill.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
