📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the installation and commissioning of MEP systems on construction sites.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on all construction sites.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring they meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Prepare and submit reports on project progress, issues, and resolutions.
• Ensure that all MEP systems are installed according to design specifications and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP site supervision, with a strong background in construction projects.
• Certification in MEP systems (e.g., NCSEA, NEC, or similar) is a plus.
• Proficient in using project management software such as Procore, Primavera, or MS Project.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards relevant to the construction industry.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
