📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to the sales team.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and support for sales activities.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus.
