📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the healthcare industry.,Provide expert advice and guidance to healthcare professionals on the benefits and usage of our pharmaceutical products.,Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless integration of sales efforts.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Attend and participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and other professional events to network and stay informed about the latest developments in the pharmaceutical industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian healthcare market and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools is a plus.,Valid SIM (Indonesian ID card) and ability to work in Sumatera Utara.
