📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement design strategies that align with the company's brand and marketing goals,Lead a team of graphic designers, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest quality of work,Create visually appealing and effective designs for various marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, and social media content,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that all design projects are completed on time and within budget,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and incorporate them into our design work,Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the design process and workflow,Monitor and analyze design performance metrics to identify areas for improvement,Attend and participate in design-related events and workshops to stay current with industry trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work,Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign,Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a team,Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills,Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms
