📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and tax returns.,Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.,Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices, and implement changes as needed.,Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.,Proven experience in managing and supervising accounting teams.,Strong knowledge of accounting software and systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Professional certification in accounting, such as CPA or ACCA, is a plus.
