📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and update company social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.),Create and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, videos, etc.),Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media,Analyze social media performance and provide reports,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies,Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices,Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns,Engage with the audience and build a strong online community

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field,1-3 years of experience in social media management,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms,Creative and innovative thinker with a good sense of aesthetics,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Proficient in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.),Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.) is a plus,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
