🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or a similar role.
- Certification in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using quality management software (e.g., SAP QM, ISO-QMS).
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
