📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and administer employee compensation, including salary reviews, bonuses, and benefits.
• Oversee the recruitment process, from job postings to candidate selection and hiring.
• Create and maintain accurate job descriptions and person specifications.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Manage HR-related data using tools like SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on compensation and recruitment.
• Proven experience in managing HRIS systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
