As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in various aspects of human resources management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits and compensation packages.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations matters, including grievances and conflicts.,Support the HR team in the administration of payroll and leave management systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR information systems and office software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken English is a plus.
