📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Handle employee relations issues and conflicts
  • Organize and coordinate training and development programs
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis
  • Support the management team in HR-related decision making
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or related field
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks
