📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to hiring and onboarding, using BambooHR and other ATS tools.
• Conduct performance appraisals and employee development programs to support career growth.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, including handling employee grievances and disputes.
• Coordinate with the finance team to manage payroll and benefits administration using Workday.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with company goals.
• Organize and facilitate employee training sessions and workshops.
• Assist in the development of a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Stay updated on the latest HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on end-to-end HR functions.
• Proven experience with HRIS systems like BambooHR and Workday.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
