📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize end-to-end export operations, including order processing, documentation, and logistics coordination.
• Lead and mentor a team of export specialists, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement export strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and timely execution of export projects.
• Monitor and analyze export performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Stay up-to-date with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and best practices in export operations.
• Represent Samsung SDS at industry events and conferences, building relationships with key stakeholders and industry experts.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to export operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in export operations, logistics, or supply chain management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and export documentation requirements.
• Proficient in using export management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve high performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with good communication skills in Indonesian.
• Certification in export operations, logistics, or a related field is a plus.
