Bold Market Pratama is looking for a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics. This role is crucial for maintaining our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and available for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Handle vehicle inspections and repairs as needed.,Provide reports on fleet performance and recommend improvements.,Manage vehicle documentation and insurance.,Coordinate with external service providers for maintenance and repairs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
