📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sales Counter in managing sales transactions, including cashiering, inventory management, and customer service.,Ensure accurate and efficient processing of sales transactions, including handling cash, credit, and debit payments.,Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product inquiries, and resolving customer complaints.,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area, including restocking products and ensuring a pleasant shopping environment.,Assist in training and mentoring new employees on sales counter procedures and customer service skills.,Monitor and report sales performance and customer feedback to the Sales Counter.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the sales counter.,Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a retail or grocery environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with customers and team members.,Good knowledge of basic accounting and inventory management principles.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a physically demanding environment.,Good time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and targets.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented environment.
