Resto Gilang Restaurant is looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Garut, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any customer complaints or concerns.,Drive sales growth by implementing effective marketing strategies and promoting menu items.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing training and development opportunities to help them grow and succeed.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Work closely with the corporate office to ensure consistency in brand standards and operations across all locations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
