Salon Kirana Kitchen is looking for a dedicated Assistant Butler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures,Provide information about the hotel and its amenities,Assist with room service and concierge services,Ensure guest rooms are clean and ready for the next guest,Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional manner,Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the guest rooms,Assist with special requests and events,Work closely with the Front Office team to ensure smooth operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma,At least 1 year of experience in a similar role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with hotel operations and guest service,Ability to lift and move objects up to 20 kg,Fluency in Indonesian language
