As an Air Export Agent at Expeditors International, you will be responsible for managing the entire air export process, from the initial quote to the final delivery. You will work with a variety of clients, including importers, exporters, and logistics providers, to ensure that their shipments are handled efficiently and effectively. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where your problem-solving skills and attention to detail will be put to the test.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire air export process, including booking, documentation, and tracking.
• Work closely with clients to understand their shipping requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with our team in Denpasar to ensure seamless coordination of air export operations.
• Leverage your knowledge of air freight regulations and international shipping practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Utilize tools such as Expeditors' proprietary systems, IATA's CargoXML, and other industry-standard software to manage shipments.
• Provide exceptional customer service, acting as a primary point of contact for clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our air export services.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in air export operations or a similar role in the logistics industry.
• Certification in air freight forwarding or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of international shipping regulations, including IATA and ICAO guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Expeditors' proprietary systems and other industry-standard software is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
