📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain office administrative systems and procedures.,Handle and process incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, and mail.,Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain calendars for executives and staff.,Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and reports.,Assist in the preparation of travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, benefits, and payroll.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate information flow.,Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar administrative role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
