Lean Solutions Group is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Lead Digital Learning & Development Designer to join our remote team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and effective digital learning solutions that align with our company's goals and objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our learning initiatives are impactful and meet the needs of our employees.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop digital learning solutions that are engaging, effective, and aligned with company goals.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and develop solutions that address them.,Create and deliver training programs, workshops, and other learning initiatives.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital learning and development.,Mentor and coach junior designers and developers to ensure the continued growth and success of the team.,Work closely with the HR department to ensure that learning initiatives are integrated into the company's overall HR strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital learning and development design.,Proven track record of designing and developing effective and engaging digital learning solutions.,Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other digital learning platforms.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.,Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch.
