📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in West Malaysia,Lead the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends,Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business goals,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations,Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on market trends,Represent Prism Tech at client meetings and events, ensuring positive customer experiences

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets,Strong understanding of the technology industry and a passion for innovation,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills,Proficient in English, both written and spoken,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment,Valid work visa for West Malaysia
