📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct sales presentations to potential customers to promote our products and services.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.,Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to meet or exceed company goals.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Assist in inventory management and ensure that our shelves are well-stocked and organized.,Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and increase brand awareness.,Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and initiatives.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance the shopping experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.,Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
