Place Gold Ekspansindo is looking for a talented and passionate Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our growing company. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Screen and evaluate applications to ensure they meet the job requirements.,Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the Indonesian job market and recruitment practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
