Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support as needed.Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Ensure that all operational activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulations.Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all business functions are working together effectively.Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure the safety and security of our business and employees.Ensure that all operational activities are conducted in a cost-effective and environmentally friendly manner.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Strong knowledge of operational management principles and best practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational management software.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.🛠️ Keahlian
