As a Learning Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that align with our organizational goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design effective learning solutions.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure training programs meet their needs.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Manage the learning and development budget.,Collaborate with HR to integrate training programs into the overall employee development strategy.,Provide feedback and support to employees throughout the training process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and training software.,Knowledge of HRIS and other HR technologies is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
