📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the highest standards of quality.
  • Coordinate with event planners, catering staff, and other departments to ensure all aspects of the banquet are well-organized.
  • Manage the banquet staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of banquet operations and financial transactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service to banquet clients and guests.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve banquet operations and enhance the guest experience.
  • Represent the company at events and networking opportunities to build relationships with clients and partners.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet operations or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing banquet events and staff.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of event planning software and technology.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and local laws.
