Shine Up Cemerlang is seeking a dedicated HR Staff to join our team in Bandung. As an HR Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment processes, employee relations, and HR administration. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, contracts, and performance evaluations.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks, such as payroll processing and benefits administration.,Conduct employee training and development programs as needed.,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide general HR support to the management team.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Proven track record of success in HR-related tasks.
