📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality inspections on products to ensure they meet our standards,Maintaining and updating quality control records and reports,Identifying and documenting quality issues and implementing corrective actions,Collaborating with the QC team to improve quality processes and procedures,Training and mentoring junior staff on quality control practices,Ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations,Participating in quality improvement initiatives and projects,Assisting the QC Manager in managing the quality control department

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or a similar role,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with quality control software and tools,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
