📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on technical equipment.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by users.,Install, configure, and upgrade software and hardware as needed.,Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.,Provide technical support to employees and ensure minimal downtime.,Document all technical activities and maintain accurate records.,Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and solutions.,Train and assist junior technicians in performing their duties.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or IT role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network infrastructure and security protocols.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.,Proficient in using technical tools and software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
